Today I finally had a response from Jodi Knox President of the Australian Association of Pet Dog Breeders (AAPDB) and owner/operator of puppy factory Murray River Puppies.

However the response was not from Jodi herself, it came in the form of a layers letter.

The lawyers letter which I have attached below was sent to me today at 2 40pm and requested that I remove an article from my site by 5pm on the same day. If I refuse to remove the article in that unreasonably short time frame Jodi Knox may have to make some sort of decision on what to do next.

One thing I did find odd with the letter though was that instead of it being signed, someone had instead just scrawled the company name with a pen instead. Most odd.

Anyway I gave the request serious consideration for approximately half a second, before deciding on my course of action. My response is below.

To Whom It My Concern,

Without Prejudice

I acknowledge your request, however I will not be removing the article from the Wixxyleaks site as per your request.

Your client Jodi Knox was given ample time to respond and refused to do so.

Your client however has the legal right to respond which she can do at any time via the comments section in the article. If she disputes any of the evidence contained in the documentation included in the article she has a legal right to respond to that also through my site.

The article you refer to was primarily about claims made on the website for Murray Farm Puppies, of which your client is the owner/operator, however I note that there is no reference to that company in your letter.

I will await your response.
